Surabaya is known as a very hot city, even in Indonesia.

Surabaya got its name from the word Sura and Baya. Sura means shark and Baya means croc. The legend was that Sura and Baya battled. This's as far as I know. Haha...

Maybe, the heat of the battle was the reason why Surabaya had always been so hot. But, these days, I don't know why, in the morning and evening, the temperature has been so low.
